Description:

DJ-xanthan gum is an anionic polymer heteropolysaccharide gum in the form of sodium salt. It is a cosmetic xanthan gum obtained by fermentation of Xanthomonas microorganisms, and then refined, dried, and crushed. . The paste made with this product has excellent thickening and suspending properties. The viscosity of the paste has little effect with temperature. It can be used in a wide range of pH values. It is not sensitive to the influence of salt and can withstand strong Mechanical shearing without damage. This product is easily dispersed in water, and the paste produced is bright, delicate, easy to form, and has good thixotropy. A very low dosage can produce excellent results.
